Daily Routine

Step 1) – Nourishing Hand Cream

• Squeeze a pea-sized amount of our nourishing hand cream onto the palms of your hands and rub together to warm and spread it evenly all over hands.
• Pay attention to dryer areas such as knuckles, cuticles and nails and massage our nourishing hand cream over those areas.
• Repeat as often as required.
• Once a week turn your hand cream into a treatment, use the steps above, followed with a pair of bamboo gloves before bed and sleep your way to silky soft hands.

Weekly Routine

Step 1) ​- Conditioning Body Scrub

• Apply onto skin massage gently in circular motions.
• Rinse off.
• Use on damp skin, apply in large circular motions with a light pressure to buff away dead skin cells to reveal nourished healthy younger looking skin.
• This scrub is most effective when used once a week to prevent damage to younger skin cells.
• On problem/dryer areas such as knees, heels and elbows, smaller circular motions will create a little more pressure to soften, nourish and reveal glowing skin.
• The consistent circular motions and pressure will help improve blood circulation in larger areas such as thighs and décolletage.
• For added moisture, wet hands with water and massage all over the skin to activate the Verdure Body Scrub left on the skin after buffing to turn it into a milk for extra hydration.

Step 2) – Moisturising Oil

• Use it as daily moisture for hair, skin and nails or as a pre-shampoo treatment for dry and damaged hair to replenish from within and restore natural oils.
• For extra moisture in your bath, add a few drops while you fill the tub with luke warm water. The added burst of our invigorating Verdure scent packed with peppermint, patchouli and citrus essential oils will help you feel relaxed yet invigorated.
• Apply a generous amount of oil on damp skin after a bath or shower for luxurious moisturised baby soft skin.
• Use as a foot treatment for dry and cracked heels; apply a generous amount while feet are still damp from a shower /bath, slip on some comfy socks (we recommend bamboo), head to bed and wake up with softer, smoother and happy feet.
• To make the most out of your oil, give your hands the same treatment, just put some bamboo gloves on and sleep your way to silky soft hands.
• A multipurpose moisturiser that packs a punch in hydration without feeling heavy or greasy, use our Verdure Moisturising Oil as a pre-shampoo moisture treatment and daily moisturiser.
• Massage onto the ends of your locks, leave on for at least 20 minutes, shampoo and rinse off. Alternatively, a day before wash day, apply the oil to damp hair for the sleek all back model look (That includes you too gentlemen).
• As a daily hair moisturiser, a few drops warmed in the palms on your hands and applied sparingly onto the ends of damp hair before blow drying for shiny strong and healthier looking hair.
