A colourful, fragrant and utterly delicious salad inspired by Malée fragrances, made using fresh and tasty ingredients.
This holiday season, surprise the taste buds of your friends, family and guests with this salad recipe:
Ingredients to serve 4
- 200g mix lettuce
- 100g rosa tomatoes cut into halves
- 80g pomegranate rubies
- 30g fresh mint leaves
- 30g fresh sage leaves
- 4 cloves
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a salad bowl and dress as desired ( we recommend a pomegranate salad dressing– a few rubies crushed with the juice of lemon).
- Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
